Here’s
the fantastic part
I know what you’re thinking. It’s too expensive. That
makes sense, but it’s not true. It’s the same thing that Dan thought when I
first met him. But after I explained things, Dan understood what I was saying
and so will you. I had Dan think about what his time was really worth.
Software
doesn’t call in sick!
In almost every business, labor is one of the
biggest if not the biggest cost. You pay your employees every week. You pay
benefits like health insurance and match certain taxes like Medicare and Social
Security. You give your employees vacation and sick time and when they’re not
at work, who has to work harder? You do! When your business increases, so does
your payroll. It’s a wonder there’s anything left for you. Sometimes there
isn’t!
Are
you tired of all the mistakes?
When your employee makes a mistake or does
something wrong it’s you that has to apologize to the customer and calm them
down. You know how embarrassing mistakes can be. And I certainly don’t have to
remind you how expensive they can be. Over time you’ve probably paid out a
small fortune for mistakes made by employees who you have to pay week after
week. It’s not like that with software; At least with not custom software.
Don’t
let yourself be fooled!
There are many ways software can be sold.
It ranges from the very general type programs that you can find on store
shelves to programs that are made for specific industries.
The general programs have limited capability. You wind up buying several
different programs that each do something different and after you get them
installed on your computer, you find that that don’t talk to each other.
|
So you wind up putting the same information into each
one just like Dan used to do. The programs that are made for specific types of
businesses are much more expensive to start with. Then after you get roped in
you’re told about all of the hidden costs they didn’t mention before. Things
like licensing costs and support costs. Every time you have another employee
that needs to use the software you have to pay more. They make you sign service
contracts and pay up front for service you may never need. All that money and
it still doesn’t do things the way you like to do things! But then there’s
custom software.
Five reasons why custom software is a better value
1. Get
exactly what you want.
With custom software you decide what it will do.
2. No licensing fees
You can install it on as many computers as you want because you own the
software. When your business grows and more employees need to use the software
you don’t pay anything more.
3. Flexibility
With our exclusive FlexStep ™ process, you can start
off with important functions that you want right away. New functions can be
ordered at any time. We’ll talk more about FlexStep ™
later on.
4. A one program solution
Enter your information in only once. There’s no need to re-enter everything
into multiple programs. Everything you want is built into one program.
5. Eliminate costly mistakes
Because the software is designed and build especially for you and your
business, we can target certain areas of the program to make sure your
employees can’t make a mistake.

Who can I trust?
Look,
it’s tough enough to deal with the day-to-day problems that come at you from
employees and customers. When you decide to invest your hard-earned money in
something for your business you want to make sure that the company you choose
won’t leave you high and dry. It’s a very important decision because you can’t
afford to make a mistake. It comes down to what type of company can I trust.
A large company might be the logical choice since they have a lot of
people and lots of customers. A large company wouldn’t go out of business and
leave you hanging. Right? I guess that’s what all the people that invested in
Enron thought when they invested their hard earned money into that huge
company; but it was all gone in the blink of an eye. The top brass of the
company was encouraging people to invest even when they knew that the company
was tanking. Why? Because they were more concerned about their stock holders.
Choosing wisely
I’d like you to think back for a moment to
the last time you had to call your cell phone company about a problem. Chances
are they pissed you off in some way (they tend to do that quite often). You
spent a great deal of your precious time dealing with it and in the end it
wasn’t quite fixed to your satisfaction. Then to make things even worse they go
into their pitch trying to sell you other services. And you’re thinking “you
can’t get the service I already have right and you want me to buy more!” It
proves one thing. They’re listing to you but they’re not hearing you!
